“terrific facility. But hard to give them a 5 when I can’t get help. I had questions about the tv, and I sent a text as instructed, but got no response until the next day. I asked in the restaurant, but they are restaurant people not hotel people. The restaurant is fantastic. I certainly would stay here again. If I didn’t need help, I wouldn’t be troubled by its absence.”

“Jim’s house is lovely and well appointed! I appreciate the lengths he has gone to in order to be environmentally conscious. He was a gracious host and we appreciated the bottle of wine left on the counter to welcome us. It was a little closer to the interstate than we realized so light sleepers might want earplugs but other than that, it was a great homemade to explore the local wineries! ”

“Everything was great! House is basic.There were a few stains on carpet and a big one upstairs M bedroom. I just wanted to make sure we were not blamed for it, and we were not!For pet owners- backyard is most wonderful. BUT, the next-door neighbors' dogs are very reactive. So our dogs had to be on leads while outside as the neighbors dogs kept attacking the fence- which triggers any dogs. But we were most happy to bring our fur babies!”

“We only stayed one night, so our input is limited, but it was a clean and welcoming place. It had everything we needed to cook a good dinner in the kitchen. The king size bed was comfortable. We had our 2 year old sleeping in the middle and there was plenty of room. The bathroom was clean and possibly recently remodeled. And the washer and dryer is a bonus. I'd stay again if we ever needed to stay in Kennewick again!”
