“BEWARE Soooo much I can say about this location. Immediately, we noticed that the home had terrible cleaning conditions. The walls, shower, floors, baseboards n Kitchen ceiling fan were absolutely FILTHY! The upstairs shower was grimy n even had hair under the shower mat (dirty as well). The neighborhood had MULTIPLE stray cats that constantly crawled the patio n even slept on the furniture causing us not to use the patio at all! The backyard n front door area even smelled like cat urine.……

“This is a great value for the price, especially for a two-bedroom ADU in Redwood City. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, an induction burner, coffee maker with coffee, creamer & sugar, and a large dorm-style fridge, which worked well for everyday meals. “Only window to open is bathroom as permanent fan system occupies main window, so very little fresh air. Kitchenette is not actually stocked to make coffee or tea, despite machines. No fan in the bathroom. Obvious moisture and or smell issue, many fans and baking soda absorbtion things around. Tv is only google tv, so was very limited. Great support and contact with owners and staff. Great location but after work hours all street parking left me 2 blocks away. Decent small convenient market and……

“My husband and I were stunned the first night upon entering the home as the property was listed as entire home and it had the word bungalow in it. We thought we were staying in an attached private bungalow. We climbed 2 long flights of steps to the small bedroom and slept well that night. Currently, there is no dresser in the bedroom, just a closet. We suggested that she put one in and she was receptive to this idea. Our private bathroom was new, modern and very clean.
