"I had an extremely poor experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. For two days, I repeatedly requested that the linens in my room be changed, but my requests were ignored. The dirty linens remained in the room until I eventually took them myself and dropped them off at the front desk. The room also had a bug problem. When I reported it to the front desk, it appeared that the staff were already aware of the issue, yet nothing was done to address it. Staying in a room with bugs is unsanitary and unacceptable. The most serious incident occurred at approximately 6:00 a.m. when hotel staff opened my room door without knocking, announcing themselves, or obtaining permission to enter. I was asleep and was abruptly awakened by someone entering my room. This created a dangerous situation and was a major violation of my privacy and sense of security as a guest. Between the ignored housekeeping requests, the bug infestation, the lack of responsiveness from staff, and the unauthorized entry into my room, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Management needs to address these issues immediately to protect the safety, privacy, and well-being of future guests."

"The breakfast was 7 to 10. We went down at 9:30. No juice, coffee, waffle batter all gone, very limited food which was barely warm. No fruit or even cups to find water. Went to the front desk and asked if they were going to put more food and drink out. She said she'd ask. Nothing was restocked. Very poor service. The other thing that bothers me was they had cleared dishes away but they were right at the entrance of the breakfast space. I saw wasted food. Sausages. Sweet rolls, waffles etc. Not a nice thing to see while we are searching for food. If it's advertised until 10:00, it should be stocked. Our room faced into the interior of the hotel. This was supposedly an upgraded room. It was ok. However. The TV didn't work and we had a problem with the toilet. Iafter the toilet plugged for the 3rd time, we asked to change rooms. They did give us a much better room ..balcony and the toilet worked! We didn't even try the breakfast the second morning. We heard it was the same as the first morning. This needs to be fixed. The parking is under the hotel. Safe and secure. Overall it's a nice hotel. It just needs a bit of maintenance and the breakfast needs help!"

"The property was very well maintained - the outside pool and shared spaces were fabulous, lots of seating within a beautifully maintained garden area, and the outdoor games area was set up nicely. The daily breakfast was great - ot included varied hot items everyday and was kept super clean and constantly replenished by the attentive and friendly staff. Our suite was spacious and very clean as well - we really enjoyed our stay here."
