Great large family gathering place

Everyone had their own bedrooms and space to go to if wanted to, but also the perfect open places to all gather. Only suggestion would be to bring a laptop or an HDMI for the projector downstairs… All of our streaming apps blocked us from being able to mirror from the phone screen.

Wonderful

Highly recommend. The home is beautiful and clean and has incredible views. Was so relaxing to sit on the deck in AM with cup of coffee and watch boats go by. All communications with the host were excellent and he couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Can’t wait to stay again.

Waterford Manor for family reunion

We had a central US meeting site for 20 relatives and 12 of us stayed at the Waterford Manor - ages 4 - 77! It was so perfect for a multi-generational family. Every room had its own private bath. The expansive living area was so perfect to get all together, and the downstairs area was a great retreat for the 8 youngsters! The view was amazing. Thanks for allowing a dog to come - if that was not possible, one member would not have attended! 5 star stay - we would definitely return!

Lake of the Ozarks

Our family had a blast staying at Lukes property. Very grand open concept upstairs and down with premium finishings throughout. Views of the lake are amazing and tempered glass rails are a great addition to not subtract from views while sitting. Quiet community with ample opportunities for wildlife sightings and just a short drive to a host of activities and dining options. Kids particularly enjoyed the dual bunk beds, putting course, digital pinball arcade with many themed backdrops and the theater room for night time movies.

Week at the lake

The property was beautiful, just as advertised, the view spectacular and all amenities. There were 2 things that kept it from perfect. When we arrived it did not appear the house had been cleaned well. We had to purchase sheets for one of the beds as the linens were dirty. The rest of the rooms were great and all the bathrooms were spotless. The other item not advertised was the houses being built on either side with nail guns and construction crews all day. I would stY there again, after the homes are completed

We loved this place!

We booked this house for my family to celebrate a big birthday and we just loved it! The area is beautiful and the view of the water is amazing. Would definitely rebook this for another trip in the summer. Luke was so nice and accommodating. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful House! Gorgeous Views

I'm so glad we found this place. Defiantly as advertised, with Plenty of space for my kids, grandkids and furbabies! There was so much to do, in the house, the grandkids were never bored.(we were there in early March, so we didn't do anything on the lake) The furniture was very cozy and comfortable, and spacious! We had so much fun just being together. Luke made it easy to book, responds quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful home but not kept up.

The fan on the deck didn't work. There were many spiders and webs and wasps all over the outside. Dining room chairs were very wobbly and one not safe to sit in. Garbage building was a mess. Deck furniture was falling apart under the cushions. We found a scorpion in the laundry room.3 arcade games didn't work. The golf game worked and was fun.

Beautiful!

This property was exceptionally beautiful with plenty of space for a quick family get together. The house is clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with supplies and toiletries. I would book here to enjoy the house and the views. Luke was an attentive host and quickly responded to any questions we had. Wonderful stay!
