"Lovely little hotel right on Sunrise beach, which in my opinion is the best beach on the island. Had an excellent choice for breakfast & all the food we had was fantastic. A bonus for us was the Bali beds & sunbeds, although they are not fully out in the sun. This was perfect for us. Our room was basic but it did the job. Would have been nice for a bit more space. We were in the deluxe room 2nd row back from the beach, with a fan. Which was actually great & kept us cool. If we were to come back, I'd upgrade to the rooms at the very front. The staff were very nice & work very hard & long hours. Overall we had a great stay & would come back. Koh Lipe is a fantastic island with not much to do apart from chill, swim & snorkel. Just what we needed! & sunbeds."

"Top teir all the way! Beautiful property in a gorgeous setting. From the moment we arrived, to the accommodation, dining and spa this resort knows what they are doing and they do it right. I will absolutely be back! I wast treated as a valuable guest and i felt welcomed. The staff is amazing with smiles kindness. I cannot say enough wonderful things. The only bad part is having to leave."

"This place is amazing! Right in the heart of things but it feels like a little oasis from the craziness of walking street. There’s so much greenery wrapping around the cafe, it feels like a jungle. The food and drinks are fantastic and the staff are really attentive and kind. Welcome mango smoothie when we arrived was a lovely surprise and just what we needed. They let us leave our bags by reception since we arrived on the island too early to check in. The breakky menu is very Aussie friendly with eggs and bacon etc. Theres even a little library and lounge area which is open to the island breeze and surrounded by glorious bright green creeping plants, a great place to take 5 and get your bearings. The rooms are cleverly laid out with complimentary water and huge comfy beds with air con and a nice clean bathroom. THANK YOU TO THE REEF HOTEL STAFF ❤️ "

"Sam Pita has an excellent location, about 5 minutes to Sunrise beach and about 8 minutes to Pattaya beach and about one minute to the north end of Walking Street. Sunset beach is about a 30 minute walk or a 3 minute taxi ride. North Point beach (Zodiac) is about a 12 minute walk. The staff are very nice, the breakfast was decent enough and the pool was a welcome change from going to the beach. The air conditioning worked very well and was quiet. There was great water pressure in the shower but didn’t get very hot. The room is very spacious with a mini fridge and a big washroom and a large shower. The WiFi was passable and sometimes was very slow but I read that this could be the case all over the island. The area is kept very clean and a huge bonus was that they have a service to pick up you and your bags from the pier - this was huge and a major stress reliever since it would be very difficult to take your bags on your own or hiring a taxi which would be hard at the rush when a boat arrives. I would highly recommend this hotel especially after seeing some of the other I was considering."
