All 4 mattresses were old, uncomfortable, and should be replaced. The heat was blocked at 72 . The condo is in desperate need of reconditioning.

Thanks for submitting a review. Your comments are appreciated and will be addressed with the appropriate departments. The thermostat is a smart thermostat and must be manually adjusted upon arrival. There is a flame symbol for heat and snowflake for A/C and when a symbol is selected the temperature may be adjusted to the desired temperature. Thanks again for your comments.

The outside property was clean. I was disappointed with the inside. It was not at all what I expected. Overall the condo is nice but it could definitely use better house cleaning in all areas. All of the televisions were old models that did not work properly, I was not aware prior to booking that wifi would not available at the unit. I got bit up both nights, I'm not sure if it was bed bugs because I did not see anything, the furniture had us itching. Very much disappointed with the stay.

Motel 6 has better rooms. Very disappointed. Will never stay with Sloane Realty Vacations again.

If we had been notified yesterday that you were unhappy with the particular condo you reserved we could have addressed the issues or relocated you to another property within our inventory. All the condos have different decor and amenities, and we are always happy to assist guests if they are not satisfied.
