Luxurious Sunset Beach Home On The Water With Pool, Boat Dock and Golf Cart

Waterfront Property! This fabulous house is located on Tubbs Inlet Bay and features incredible views of the marsh and bay. It has a private dock, so bring your boat and/or your jet skis. It also has a sought after private, outdoor pool.

The home features updated furnishings and interior amenities including 6 new large Smart TVs (Netflix and Amazon streaming capabilities), surround sound stereo in the family room, karaoke and high speed internet and WIFI.

The two large master bedrooms on the top floor feature king beds, en suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. They open onto private covered balconies that face the bay. The upper floor also features a TV sitting area and a laundry closet.

The two bedrooms on the main floor feature en suite bathrooms, and are furnished with a single queen bed (bedroom 4) or two queen beds (bedroom 3). They both open onto decks. All linens are provided. The main floor also features a large, open plan kitchen/dining/living room and a half bath. This room opens onto the huge main deck with outdoor dining table and chairs.

Outdoors you will find a fenced, waterfront backyard with private swimming pool, a charcoal grill, and floating boat dock. Get out on the water with the two kayaks and paddle boards and explore the marshes and bay or even pull up on one of the many sandbars. The beach is an easy 9-10 minute walk or use the available golf cart and bicycles. Sunset Beach has recently implemented paid parking. Parking will be free for our renters when using our golf cart. Renters will be responsible for paying the parking fee if they use their personal vehicle anywhere but the driveway at 1518 N Shore Drive. No pets please.

House layout was perfect for our group of friends. Accommodations were ample for our group of 7 although our old joints would have appreciated furniture that sat a little higher off of the ground. The home was clean, comfortable, and had incredible views of the water. Janet was fantastic to work witb. She was always quick to respond with any questions we had. Jan's property is the nicest home rental we have ever stayed in on Sunset Beach. This was our second time renting and it was just as great. Jan is very quick to respond to any questions. The house was very clean upon arrival and is well stocked with kitchen appliances, utensils, plates, and cookware. The outside area is superb. The pool is perfect and the dock is a great place to fish, especially in the mornings and evenings. The golf cart is a great addition as it is much easier to parallel park near a beach access than a car. We had no trouble finding parking all week we were there in July 2024. I would highly recommend renting this property if you are going to Sunset Beach. For those unfamiliar with the area, Bill's Seafood at the roundabout sells great fresh seafood as well as homemade dips and Key Lime pies. There are plenty of restaurant options in Calabash, I highly recommend The Oyster Rock on the water. There are also numerous golf courses in Sunset very close to this house, specifically Sea Trail and Sandpiper Bay.

This home is beautiful, roomy and well appointed. The golf cart got us to the beach and back, but the pool kept us cool and the dock was great for fishing and kayaking. Beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Highly recommend this property.

We just returned from a week long stay at Janet's property in Sunset Beach. I can't say enough positive things about our experience. From the time we booked through our stay Janet's communication was great and timely. We had a slight issue at arrival accessing the house, but she was very accommodating. We used of the golf cart, elevator, pool, dock. The cleanliness of the house was superb. The house was very inviting and homey. We can't wait to book again soon!

This is our 5 time staying at Janet's house on Sunset Beach. It is perfect. The pool makes a fun experience for the children and give the adults a rest from watching them at the beach. We also fish, unfortunately we did not catch any keepers, but if we had the kitchen is so well stocked that it would not have neen a problem. A perfect Sunset Beach vacation.

What a beautiful house to vacation in! My family of 5 (2 teens and a 5 year old) was also joined by my mother and mother-in-law for a few days. There was plenty of space for us to not feel on top of each other. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed our home cooked meals at the outside table looking over the water. Perfect! Even though it was an unseasonably cool week for June, we braved the chill and enjoyed the pool several days. The golf cart saved the day since the walk to the beach was a little far with a young child and her beach toys. The pier out back was the perfect spot to introduce our kids to fishing and the fish were biting. We caught 6 in about 30 minutes. The neighborhood is wonderful, the neighbors were lovely and the house was amazing. Everything was so clean and inviting. We are already planning our vacation there next year.

Janet’s home is stunning! The house is as pictured and exceeds expectations. The elevator and golf cart make all floors accessible and we’re game changers for our group. Janet was so attentive to any questions or needs throughout our stay and even left a little bottle of wine for a vacation toast when we arrived. Sunset Beach was a daily “must” and one of the most beautiful beaches along the coast. We went back and caught many beautiful sunsets there too. A little general store had some necessities, but travel over the bridge necessary for all restaurants. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back some day.

Design of the house is great for a family to enjoy a week together. We came in right after a hurricane and the owner was attentive to the problems we had. I do have to mention that the property on a whole needs some maintenance and updating, needs more attention to details, ie house accommodates 8 but there weren’t 8 wine glasses, a service dog was allowed previously so there lots of dog hair floating around, remote controls for fans and TVs were either missing or all mixed up. The poor upkeep didn’t match the beautiful house.
