Great place with poor service

The condo was very nice but the Sea Trail experience wasn’t so great. We were told our unit would be cleaned 1st so we could get in earlier & we got in at 4:01 on Sat. We called the desk about an open garbage bag out front, Ants & palmetto bugs in the unit & were told all 3 would. Be taken care of on Monday??? We had difficulty getting the door code to work every time we went out. - but afraid very nice condo.
