"I’m not sure but I requested a queen bed room but I think it was standard, bed was next to the door which made us uncomfortable, you can hear anyone in the hallway. The bathroom ceiling had mold looked like they tried to cover it up. The ac thermostat was loud and disturbing. "

"Upon arrival the toilet didn't flush, had to call for maintenance. The tv wouldn't stay on, screen went blank over and over again. "

"We went down for a weekend getaway ,we were able to get a partial view of the ocean from our room. The room and hotel was clean with plenty of friendly staff on hand. They were always busy and took pride in their work and hotel. The pool and hot tub were nice. The room was tight with King bed. The bed was comfortable . I would stay again."

"Ocean view room overlooking the boardwalk and beach. Clean and beautiful room and bathroom! The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. Staff was super friendly and helpful. "

"The fore alarm went off in oir room at 7:12 am. Went to front desk, the "Suoervisor", said there is nothing she could do. Maint. Showed up 2 hour's, 1 minute later.. my 1 grandaughter is deaf, wears hearing aides, my daughter had to leave with her this whole time until the smoke detector was repaired. .I asked a manager to please call me, left my name, cell, and room number..No call, no apology either.. Staff needs to be better trained on how to handle situations.."

"We love ocean city. I am giving this a 5 star because of the room, location, view and comfort of the room. However we was disappointed because we booked this room because of the fireplace and unfortunately it was not working due to maintenance. That should have been made known to us. Also the building code they gave us would not work so we had to walk through the parking garage. "
