“Hotel location was good Service was horrible !!! To ask for anything felt they were irritable and not interested to help - lot of attitude Rigidity - will not recommend to anyone Good food taste but when the people serving are so stuck up ans rude the taste becomes bad ”

“Hotel is not clean. Bed sheets were dirty. There are Paan stains as you step outside the lobby. The GYM has not been cleaned in a 1000 years. The breakfast and dinner buffet was decent and value for money”

“Hotel did not want to use app based taxi. I booked one taxi they did not allow to enter the property our luggage .I booked a taxi for much cheaper than hotel quotes price. Two drivers told me hotel wants to use their authorized taxis. Lift stuck for 15 minutes and had to take stairs. Electric power was off more often. Buffet had very limited food choices. We will never again stay at this hotel.”

“I stayed here one night with my family. The day we arrived we got lost on the way and when we tried to call the resort no one picked up for a long time. When we reached finally they said the kitchen is close and there was absolutely no way they could arrange food for us. I was with my parents and we were hoping to get something to eat as it was very late in the night. The way to the resort is also not great. After we left we realized my sister had left her ID at the hotel. We kept calling the……

“Worst experience in this hotel... Staff is not cooperative”

“I booked this place for my parents. When they reached there, they found the washrooms smelly. Staff was also not very friendly. I would say, the price is too high for the services they are providing. My parents couldn't stay there. They left the place and found another cheaper hotel.”
