「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We spent a lot of time just relaxing on the deck and our daughter spent hours playing on the beach and in the shallow water of the cove. It was hard to leave!」

We loved our week in the very comfy cabin with great kitchen, dock with kayaks, beautiful grounds and flowers, and trail into town to see the shipyard, sailboats, and quaint Main Street. 「The place was exactly as advertised. Plenty of space with an amazing view of the ocean from the balcony. We had coffee in the morning overlooking the ocean. While the sound of passing cars do hinder the sound of the ocean, the later in the evening it gets, the more the the relaxing ocean waves come through, which makes for a great night's sleep. They even left an awesome tote bag, which my wife loves. We will definitely be returning.」

「Everything was seamless about checking-in and out. Everything you could possibly think of is available for your use. You literally just need food and clothing. I wish there was AC, but my partner liked it warm. It did cool down late at night and there was a window fan to help. The owner put in a lot of thought in creating a peaceful stay. It was close enough to town to the local restaurants and activities. 」

「This is a spectacular property overlooking the tidal Benjamin River, seen through the huge windows in the livingroom as well as from a nice outdoor deck, patios and expansive lawn with Adirondack chairs. The beds were super comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and it was very convenient to get to Deer Isle, Blue Hill and all the other nearby towns. Highly recommended!」

「Our trip to Maine was amazing. Our stay here in this barn everything we hoped. They had anything you would need available if you forgot something. Did not need or want for anything. Landlords were full of information at check in and very courteous. Told us about all the good places to eat and shop. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Maine. 」
