Audrey - Little Cove
Audrey is located within the Alderly Complex (Park Rd- Little Cove) and offers water views from the living room, main bedroom and front decks. This prestigious apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (main bathroom contains large egg shaped bathtub, no shower), a brand new kitchen overlooking the large open plan dining and living room with banquette seating overlooking Little Cove.
There is no shortage of outdoor entertaining options, with a balcony off the main living room with an automatic awning and beautiful outdoor setting, a gorgeous roof top terrace that’s perfect for a sundowner after a day at the beach with soft lounges, a BBQ and a table setting for outdoor eating, also a small rear courtyard.
The apartment sleeps 8 in total (1 x king, 1 x queen and House of Orange Tri Bunks with pull out trundle (Queen with King Single on top plus a King Single pull out trundle) and is perfect for 1 or 2 families looking for a fun-filled and relaxed holiday where the car isn’t necessary – Hastings Street is an easy stroll along the newly revitalised National Park boardwalk.
The Alderly complex contains 11 boutique and tightly held apartments set in magnificent tropical gardens around a large communal pool with the beach right across the road.
Apartment 2 is by far the best in the block with its view, stylish Scandinavian décor finishes, timber floorboards, incredible bathrooms all complemented by a clean and fresh renovation.

Bedroom 2 – Tri Bunk with Trundle ( 1x Queen, 2 x Singles)
Bedroom 3 – 1 x Queen Bed w ensuite
Additional features include: ducted heating and cooling throughout, laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen, secure parking for 2 cars (and more in the driveway), 2 x flat screen TVs, Sonos sound system, rear courtyard and pool area. Linen & Towels (beach & bath) provided.
