Great location in a beautiful part of the world
Great location. No trouble with checking in even after hours. Communication great.
Well kept and clean unit. Kitchen equipped well, all amenities great.
Internet connection was excellent and unexpected which was even better.

Landmark Novo
I stay at Landmark nearly every year but this was the first time I have rented a private residence and definitely recommend it. The wifi was excellent compared to the hotel’s and the position is great.
The only thing I had trouble with was trying to connect my computer to the tv to watch Netflix (I bought a hdmi cable with me but it didn’t seem to have an outlet on the tv to connect - only USB ). Minor thing.
Love the pool area.

The apartment had a lovely view of the ocean on the 8th floor. It was very clean and compact and even had a small spa bath . We really enjoyed our 2 days stay and was so close to all the lovely restaurants and shops. The only down side was the not very welcoming and unfriendly reception staff member we first met.

Weight room, outdoor pool, hot tub all looked great. We didn’t use, but we did check out. Apartment was very comfortable, and great movie selection on the TV, which we indulged in as we had been doing a lot of driving the past week and the entire two days we were in Moolooaba it rained heavily each afternoon. We got in a couple of long walks along the beach/boardwalk. This location is across the road from the beach, in the heart of a multitude of restaurants and shopping. Coles grocery store is a ten minute walk away. If you get caught returning in the rain as we did, no problem, most of the return walk can be made under cover. There was a superb jetted tub perfect for soaking and taking the chill out of ones bones. It had a full kitchen great for cooking when you get tired of eating out. Three essentials the kitchen the owners could add to the kitchen in my opinion are a pair of oven mitts (had to use facecloths), salad bowl/mixing bowl, and a cutting board. Otherwise, this is an excellent apartment hotel to stay at and I highly recommend. Also, we were texted that the room was ready for check in for 9:45 a.m. We were two hours away, so perfect for us, especially with the bad weather. Thank you.

For a group called holiday with s view, the majority of our view was the back of an old shop. If we stood up and meant against the far wall we could get s view of the ocean. Two light switches were popping out of the wall socket and made it extremely difficult to use.

Absolutely perfect!
Drove up for The Big Pineapple Festival for another year and can say that this place is absolutely beautiful! The room is clean, the tv works, the bed is big and comfy, the patio is HUGE and the jacuzzi is big enough to move in 😉 👍Very keen for next year!

Excellent property and owners went far and above to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Close to beach and esplanade- easy check-in instructions if all the confirmation emails are read. Great stay!
