This three bedroom , 2nd floor unit is located directly across from Kings Beach with ocean views from the balcony. Only metres walk to Kings Beach stunning patrolled beaches, tavern and surf club, or you can enjoy a beautiful stroll around the beachside boardwalk and find yourself lost in the calm waters of Bulcock Beach and busy Caloundra CBD.
This great unit has a well equipped kitchen and full laundry facilities. The master bedroom has an ensuite and all bedrooms have ceiling fans making it the perfect location for your next relaxing holiday by the beach!
The complex offers a single garage, swimming pool for your convenience and Wi-Fi.
Please note the 6th sleeping position is a mattress stored under a single bed , there is no longer a trundle .
Linen is included, please note beds are not made due the linen hire company used.
