Less than we expected

Bedding was dirty/stained, plates had chips/cracks, no dishwashing detergent/tablets, no guide for operating TV/internet/Foxtel/appliances etc. Broken/damaged light switch which a child could stick a finger into, presenting a safety risk. Apparently a "welcome pack" containing detergents etc, is provided to guests on arrival by the agent, but the agent did not mention this to us. As we arrived on the weekend, when we rang on a weekday to ask about cleaning products, the agent was dismissive and rude and stated that they only provide it during the week. Given the nightly rate for this property, this was poor in our view. Won't be staying at this property again.
