Holiday in up-market Shelly Beach area for a fraction of the normal cost.
This tastefully renovated and stylish 3 bedroom house located in a quiet area but surrounded by a wide selection of beach choices. A couple of minutes walk and you'll often have Shelly Beach to yourself for tanning or rockpool adventuring. Alternatively, head north on a short stroll along the locals favourite headland path to Moffat Beach. Relax on the hilltop and enjoy the rolling surfing waves, or watch for whales during migration season (July to October) Kings Beach is also only a 3 minute drive, or healthy walk away.

Good Christmas break
The property is plain, practical and comfortable, good for a beach holiday. It did lack some basic items such as toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and bench wipes that required multiple visits to the supermarket. The back covered porch was cool and relaxing.

Great location to the coastal walking track and local restaurants.
Clean and Stylish interior with older style bathroom.
Great appliances and Kitchen has good supply of utensils and cooking items
Enclosed back yard and outdoor space was good for our old Scottie dog.
Lower score for communication is for the agent not the owner as we did not receive email for the key pick up and I had to phone a number of times to contact someone on the public holiday .

Nice and quiet near the water
We had a lovely holiday. Back yard perfect for the dog. Large covered area for protection from the elements. Not a lot of running space but less than 5 minute walk to the dog beach (Shelly Beach). Shelly Beach is not safe for swimming but other swimming beaches within walking distance. The lounge and beds were a bit softer than our preference but the house was otherwise very comfortable and well furnished.

Just like home
Quiet, spacious home just minutes from the Shelley Beach. Clean, pet friendly place with plenty of room for our dog. Cooling fans and air conditioners , and lovely roomy outdoors area for BBQ's Thank you for the information book on all your appliances, it really helped. Best oven ever and easy to use, even a pizza tray. Huge TV with your own log in to Netflix. Best place to stay Really loved it.

Great location
Nothing to look at from the outside and to be honest, a bit hard to find at first being tucked away behind a home under construction. But everything inside was beautifully furnished, modern, comfy, very clean and had everything you'd need. Air conditioning worked well which was important for us with a bub. Best thing about this place was it's location! Within a 2min walk from Shelley beach and the pathway that runs along the coast for your morning walk. And super close to Moffat beach and town where the good coffee places are! Enjoyed our stay here very much.

Best place for furbabies
Great place. Photos don't do justice. Yard really safe and secure for our tiny furbabies. Tiled throughout so a dream to keep clean. Great for kids and people with mobility issues. Literally 2 mins to the beach and the kids loved the sand and the rock pools. Truly amazing.
