「Cristie's property is so clean and comfortable and in the perfect location for easily getting to Parksvillle attractions as well as getting quickly to the hwy to travel either nb towards Port Al erni or sb towards Nanaimo. My family had cozy rainy nights in front of the fireplace while watching movies. The kitchen has tons of counter space and most of the equipment needed to cook up some marvelous meals. 「Super clean and organized, amazing location, lovely host re: communication.As other reviews say, the stairs are extremely steep. Also felt like the upstairs were not really "bedrooms", it was more like the upstairs double bed "room" is like a doorless bedroom and and the single beds are right there, at the top of the steps.You need to walk past them to access the other double bed room.Still - the place is well worth the price, and we will likely be back one day.」

「This was the perfect house for our girls trip! But it would've been perfect for any getaway or group: Couples, a family with littles, etc. The house was clean, tastefully decorated and stocked. Everything was as described. The hot tub and cold plunge were dreamy, surrounded by tall trees in the middle of the forest. It was very cool to take the long stairway down to the shore. It's such a cool property. We loved the location too! The hosts were very helpful and responsive.」

「We had a fabulous time at Rathtrevor Cottage! My Mom (who's in her 80's), my son who is a teenager and my husband and I felt like we could relax and enjoy a nice couple of days as soon as we entered the air conditioned cottage. It was clean, it had everything that we needed and the access to the beach, pool and amenities were perfect. 「An exceptionally well equipped cottage with everything you could possibly need for a vacation stay. Quiet location with great trails for walking and biking. Very close to Rathtrevor Provincial Park, practically across the street. Close to Parksville and all of the town's amenities. Karen was wonderfully easy to communicate with and responded to all my questions. Lucky us, we had exceptional weather too in which to enjoy the area.」

"Excellent 9.5/10. First of all, location's great & price is pretty good! Just a 5 min walk coming off Canada Line from YVR airport. Room's clean & convenient with a sink. Shared washrooms on the hallway are actually independent ones with doors & locks like the ones in your house. If occupied, one may simple go use the ones on other floors. The cleaning lady & the staff at the counter were extremely friendly & the streets were safe too. IGA, a supermarket chain, is just a 3 min walk away. There are also McDonalds, Popeyes, pizzeria, gelateria & various restaurants nearby. Another train station, Stadium-Chinatown is also nearby if one wishes to go East. Overall, it's a nice place to stay."
