"Check in at 2pm, we arrived at around 2:30pm, were advised our tent was not ready due to staff shortages. Lady on reception was very rude. We were attending a 3pm wedding at the venue, so needed to get ready. They were still mopping the floor when we went into the tent, we then had to source towels ..."
