「Fantastic location!! Walking, easy access to all the fun things to do in Old Town Arvada. Comfortable place with lots of handy amenities. It is small, so don't bring a lot of stuff. Host is great. 」

「This property was not as advertised. The house on the first photo is the family home (front of the house Norma available to renters-which is misleading) and the rental unit is actually a room at the back of the house with no way to even lock it from the renters side. It is not a studio apartment, rather a room ( with a mini fridge and coffee maker) and bathroom in a house (a mini fridge and coffee maker). There is also a cat living in the home (for anyone with cat allergies). We did not...
