I asked for a muffin the front counter girl said “all out” both mornings. A guy had to open the drawer to get out coffee cups after I requested a cup. ..."

"We had a premium room with the Harborview, but there were no chairs in our room. When we asked for one to be delivered, it took a few hours and it was an armless Jetson style chair that had a big tear in it. Tough to enjoy the room, when there’s no place to sit other than on the bed."
