New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath, oceanfront home is perfect for a beach getaway! It has nice living and dining spaces, with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, a microwave, and other small appliances to meet your day-to-day needs. There is a cable TV, a DVD player, high-speed WiFi, a phone, a stereo, and a radio. Additionally, there are ceiling fans and central AC to keep everyone comfortable! With beautiful oceanfront views, this home also has a sundeck and a covered porch to sit back and relax. We hope that you choose to explore Holden Beach and enjoy your stay at Dowitcher.

Dowitcher was the perfect home for our multigenerational group! Everything was clean and prepared for us when we arrived and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need for the week. Great location on the beach, comfortable beds and furniture, well equipped kitchen. The main problem was several large roaches that came out even while people were up in the evening with the lights on. Maybe 50 or so additional baby and young roaches - we killed many of them, but they were replaced each night with more.
