New to PROACTIVE Vacations! "Gulls & Bouys II" is a bright and cheerful 4 bedroom, 4 bath oceanfront home that is sure to please everyone in your group!

This entire home is stylishly decorated with beautiful inspirations of the sea! You will adore the spacious and delightful open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area, complete with modern, comfortable furniture and updated wood flooring, along with gorgeous views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean! The cook in your life will love the well-appointed kitchen, complete with everything necessary for creating homecooked meals, with updated cabinets and countertops, and ample seating at the center island bar. Your family will appreciate the large dining table, with enough room for the entire gang to gather together sharing homecooked meals or playing games, all while making sweet memories!

Comfortably accommodating up to 11 guests, bedroom #1 is located on the 1st floor, complete with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and a full private bath with shower only, with street views. Bedroom #2 is located on the 1st floor, complete with a Full/Twin Bunk Bed and a Twin/Twin Bunk Bed, and a full private bath with tub/shower combo, and street side views. Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd floor, complete with a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and a full private bath with tub/shower combo, with balcony oceanfront views. Unclean Beds, Dirty Furniture, Dirty Walls

Bed mattress covers were stained on all beds, living Room Furniture was old and stained, Walls were filthy with handprints in many areas, There was dried snott on the walls in the room with the bunk beds.. overall, the place was icky and I've rented houses every year for many years. No issues with bathrooms, Floor was swept (but not under beds) , Kitchen was clean..
