This lovely Pointe West home has all the best amenities. Located in the charming Pointe West Community, this home has access to the private community's oceanfront beach access just a short walk away and a community ICW dock. This home boasts a private swimming pool, outside shower, and 3 decks to enjoy the sun and rock your cares away.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Inside, there are 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and plenty of space to enjoy your beach vacation. The open floor plan includes a living room on the first level that opens to the dining room and kitchen area. Well-stocked kitchen includes a free-standing ice maker, double oven, and a Keurig coffee maker, as well as a drip machine. The primary bedroom is on the first level of this home, allowing for privacy as the other 4 bedrooms are upstairs. There are smart TVs in every bedroom, some with Roku access and a super-fast mesh network! A Weber gas grill is included with the rental for all of your BBQ needs! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

The owner of this home privately arranges their cleaning, bed linens, and inspection services. Please note, Hobbs Realty trusts in the owner's commitment to excellence and does not conduct additional inspections before or after guest stays. This home only offers 4 PM check-ins, as Early Check-In/Late Check-Out and automated House Ready Notifications are unavailable.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.
