Need to turn lights on for arrival. View was amazing. Beds were very soft. Cleaning was basic.

There are a few things that need to be worked on. By the door downstairs going out to the beach the floor is rotting so be careful. The upstairs bathroom rack near the sink kept coming off. This is not handicap friendly. The bathrooms were very tight. The showers were not friendly for taller people. Did not have a can opener that we could find. Typical beach house. Nothing fancy overall

Awesome location, not very clean.

The smell of mold and mildew was my first impression of this house. Also, it was not very clean. Something had been spilled in the fridge and had been left to turn gross and crusty, I found what seemed to be a dead cockroach under one of the living rooms chairs, the sheets were stained and the bathrooms outdated and gross. They also didn't leave us a single roll of paper towels, toilet paper, or trash bags and the cleaning person had obviously swept the kitchen floor and dumped the trash in the can with no liner. The mattress was really uncomfortable as well. When we got back home all of my clothing smelled like mildew even though I kept my suitcase zipped.

Great location - house needs work.

The property is in need of upkeep. There floors are not level, there was a soft spot by door, one drawer doesn’t open unless dishwasher door is open and the deck needs repair ( nail heads sticking up and stairs a little shaky)
