Hotel is nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was awesome. Wish the room was bit bigger. Felt a bit cramped once our big bags came in.

First the Pros: Nice, clean and new hotel. As expected staff is very helpful. Location is not bad. Now the Cons: While the property appears to be new, i see that they are not paying attention to maintenance. I found mold building in the bathroom. The other thing was the quality of the breakfast, i felt the food lacked taste.

Clean rooms, spacious beds. Overall very good. Only issue was the check in process. Night time reception staff made it really difficult to check in after a very long day. They only managed to sort it out when I asked to speak to a duty manager and he helped us with the check in process for us to get our rooms..

This was my second stay at hotel and as a single mother of twins I would highly recommend it to everyone (or not so I can always get a room). The staff are amazing!! During breakfast as I was alone on this stay with my twins and struggling the staff stepped in and helped so much! And everything you would need in an hotel from amenities, cleanliness, decorum, ambiance is what attracts you back to stay here.

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. All the hotel employees were super attentive and everyone helped to try and keep my children entertained and safe when necessary. The kitchen employees and chef were great, they were able arrange for some vegan food to be available for me, and gave me the needed time to be able to eat my breakfast and dinner with children in tow. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, so much so I want to stay here on my second trip to Surat in a few weeks rather than my children’s family home.

Below expectations for Radisson

Overall, initial room assigned to me was full of mold patches on the wall. After complaining, they changed my room to one level up. Also, towels in initial room were old and worn. In deluxe room, towels were way better and per expectations. Neither restaurant, nor coffee shop offered fresh juice. It was canned. Staff was helpful and quick to help.

One of the better hotels in Surat but standards could be higher. Shower wall was leaking and after showering the room smelt musty. Towels could be fresher smelling. Cleaning in bathroom needs improving, especially corners of shower floor and bathroom floor. There was a curtain blind in the shower for privacy, this would be better placed outside the shower on the other side of the glass wall, which would keep it cleaner. The staff were brilliant, especially Lucky.

Friendly staff at check in and out . arranged car for me to the airport . Restaurant which is highly rated focused primarily on the buffet . Some challenges with serving a true greek salad . However my server was very kind and courtesy .

It was very pleasant stay at the hotel, the location is good for moving around, breakfast was good but if they could add at least one non veg dish to the menu then it could be excellent, overall we enjoyed the stay, pillow choices would be appreciated if they could add for my next visit

Assurez vous d’inscrire le bon nombre de personne.

Merveilleux séjour de quelques jours à Surat. Lorsque nous avons réservé via hôtels.com nous avons accidentellement indiqué 1 adulte. Lors de notre check out l’hôtel nous a facturé 1500 rupess +Tx de plus par nuit car nous étions 2. Arnaque totale! Un point très négatif qui gâche l’ensemble de l’expérience. C’est malheureux
