“In a residential neighborhood just past the upper edge of the business area, we enjoyed the quiet street and short walk to everything. We understand that the home once belonged to a sea captain. Now, it is up-to-date (but not too modern) where it counts, freshly painted, clean and comfortable. The HVAC system was quiet and it maintained our temperature setting during a few days of cool weather. The continental breakfast was excellent - from the spinach souffle (?) to the chocolate……

“Our time in Nantucket was spectacular! This property was not! Borders on false advertising! Cigarette butts all over front yard, dog feces left in bag in yard, broken coffee maker, no shades or ripped shades on windows, filthy windows and sills, rug horrible condition. Mouse ran over sister while sleeping. It was insane! No window leading to cellar. Filthy coolers, and hammock. Exuberant amount of money for cleaning fees and rental. It was shocking and disgraceful! ”
