「First of all, we had a hard time finding the address as it was not the exact location as shown in the website. Secondly, i have been calling the number from the website to confirm the exact location and when i got an answer, the lady was so rude-until i asked if it was the hotel’s number, she suddenly changed her tone of voice(so much of customer service/etiquette), then she did not update her email to confirm we booked for 2 family rooms; and lastly, the rooms smelled/reeking of smoke, light...

「Our stay at Pintuyan Dive Resort was truly wonderful! Its prime location made it perfect for diving and whale shark watching. While the room was simple, it was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. What really set this resort apart was the extraordinary atmosphere; we enjoyed fantastic, tasty dinners at the communal table and had engaging conversations with the host and other guests. This unique experience far surpassed the luxury of any 5-star resorts we visited on the same trip.」

「Absolutely beautiful location. The view ia amazing. Staff could not have been better. Food was good and reasonably priced (escpecially considering how remote). The boat ride there and back was a bit expensive (private boat is all that is available). The cottages are nice and clean but could use some maintenance.」
