「We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. 「I stayed for 1 week and my room was cleaned and I got clean towels only once, and that was only because i saw the cleaning staff and requested it. There was no front desk to make inquiries or requests. Whenever I checked the office was locked. The safe had no instructions on how to reset and no staff to assist. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. But i felt the cost was too high for a hostel. It was very disappointing and i would not stay there again」

「This property is in a good location, close to many beaches and amenities. I have been here several times, but I find the upkeep has gone down. All of our in-unit appliances were extremely old and the fridge leaked the entire time (it was replaced on the day we checked out). The power and wifi went out a few times during our 10 days. The furniture is very dated and could use replacement asap. The bathroom has a lot of signs of wear too. The cleaning staff were amazing but I miss the old hotel...
