Besonders hervorzuheben sind außerdem das hervorragende Frühstück, die guten Parkmöglichkeiten und der äußerst freundliche Empfang, durch den man sich von Anfang an herzlich willkommen……

“The couch, carpet and scatter cushions were filthy. A deep clean is urgently needed. The blind in the main room was broken and looks like it’s been stuck back on and doesn’t sit properly. Window handles are broken in the spare room. There were no dish cloths provided. The parking away from the actual accommodation is also an absolute mission along with having to collect the keys at another location. It wasn’t a bad stay but definitely not as the pictures show.”

“This property was booked by Expedia as the original property booked with our trip turned out to be fraudulent. expedia arranged this quickly with the host. the property has biometric entry which we were not aware of until we arrived as this is usually done 24hours before , however the host contacted us and we got it sorted. The place is secure with parking and uses facial and number plate recognition for entry. There are security and the front desk is manned 24hours. It is a central location as……

“Great place to stay in Cape Town”

“Very dirty, ants and mosquitoes everywhere. Struggle coordinating to check in”

“I reserved the place for 6 days but ended up staying only 2 nights. The noise level was unacceptable — loud music, guests talking loudly late at night, and other disruptive behavior. It felt very disrespectful. I raised my concerns with the host, but unfortunately I didn’t receive a satisfactory response. Overall, my experience was very disappointing.”

“Noisy, parking is not easy to find. I parked where it was recommended. I was called early in the morning after i had checked in to come and pay for parking. Mind you i was so tired and having my rest. The rooms next to mine were so noisy. I checked out prematurely and was told I can’t receive a refund. The pictures are deceptive, its not what you pay for. But the price is what you pay for i guess. I checked out and got a better place for that same price. ”
