Guests have exclusive use of the main living areas and all the bedrooms in the upper floor of the home. The homeowner lives in the basement, which is not part of the guest rental and has no shared spaces with guests.
Please note that while there is no lock-off door, the basement (including the media room and bathroom) is strictly reserved for the homeowner and is not accessible to guests. Kindly do not enter the basement at any time.
Your privacy is respected, and the guest areas and basement are used separately.

Identification Requirement: For the safety and security of all our guests, we request that guests provide us with a copy of their ID upon booking.
Check-in and Check-out Hours: Our check-in and check-out hours are essential for our cleaning team's preparations. If you require an earlier check-in or late check-out, please notify us with 1–2 days’ notice, subject to availability. Unauthorized extensions may result in a $200/hour fee.
Parking: We request that you park only in the designated areas listed in our check-in instructions.
Shoes Off, Please: We ask that guests refrain from wearing shoes or slippers inside the house. This tradition helps preserve the cleanliness of our shared spaces.
Toilet Use: We request that you only flush human waste and toilet paper down the toilet. For all other items, please use the bins provided for proper disposal. This will help prevent plumbing issues and ensure a trouble-free stay for everyone.
Authorized Guest Count: To ensure a cozy and safe stay, we request that only the guests listed in your reservation join us at the property. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your guest count. An extra guest fee of $50 per person per night applies.
Recycling: Guests are required to follow proper recycling and waste-sorting guidelines. Any city fines resulting from incorrect or irresponsible sorting will be charged to the guest, up to $300, to cover penalties incurred. Your cooperation helps us comply with local regulations and maintain a clean, sustainable environment.
Garbage: We kindly ask that you dispose of and manage your trash responsibly. Excessive garbage may result in fees of up to $300 for additional disposal costs. Thank you for your cooperation.
Respecting Quiet Hours: We highly value your comfort and the peaceful atmosphere of our property. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a serene experience for all guests and neighbors. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
A Smoke-Free Environment: To maintain a comfortable environment for all, we strictly enforce a no-smoking(including vaping) policy indoors. A $1,000 fine will be imposed to cover extensive cleaning and odor removal.
Cancellation Policy: Before confirming your reservation, please review the provided cancellation policy. Once confirmed, it will be assumed that you acknowledge and accept its terms. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen cancellations.
Maintenance and Care: We request that you treat our home with the same care and respect as you would your own. If any items are accidentally damaged or broken during your stay, please inform us promptly so we can arrange repairs for future guests.
We reserve the right to terminate a reservation immediately if any house rules are not observed. Your responsible conduct is greatly valued and helps ensure a harmonious and enjoyable experience for everyone.
