"Communication was great from the initial booking. Spacious, clean, and very private. Great accommodations and up to date appliances/furniture. Canoe is a lovely addition that we took pretty far down the river to explore. Would absolutely return and recommend to others!"

"We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. "

"My mom, sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The clean, welcoming property was so much fun to explore and enjoy. Staying at this historic property added so much charm to our vacation which included Jamestown and Williamsburg. We enjoyed taking the ferry each day and found this property to be in a great location. "

"My husband and I stayed at this lovely house for several days in February. 10 minutes from anywhere you'd want to be in Hampton, comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen and bath, and a great backyard space that we did not have a chance to use. Very quiet neighborhood, yet close access to roadways. A great stay!!"
