「The location was fantastic, nice indoor pool. Great little bar on the grounds with drinks and pizza, very nice game room with plenty of video games/pool table. Very close to colonial Williamsburg and all attractions 」

The front desk staff was unhelpful, did not have any sense of urgency or empathy for the situation. We learned it was a much larger issue that just our unit, with more than 20 units that needed cleaned, and several families waiting in the lobby for access to their rooms.
