“The house was not at all as represented on the website. We tried repeatedly to communicate with the owner, who only responded to one initial concern- that the house had no heat and we had to sleep with the temperature at 52 degrees the first night. We had no heat in the kitchen and living room for the first 20 hours of our stay. The owner did not respond to any of our other concerns. We had 3 military families staying together in an attempt to spend limited, valuable time with our cadets. The……

The home itself is absolutely beautiful — spacious, comfortable, immaculate, and thoughtfully designed. Everything we needed was accessible, and it felt welcoming from the moment we walked in.What made our stay exceptional, though, were the hosts, Abbe and Jeff. They went above and beyond in every way. “The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use)”
