The fully equipped kitchen features a kitchen island with 4 bar stools, perfect for enjoying the preparation of meals. The kitchen includes all necessary appliances: a microwave, oven, stove, fridge, mini wine fridge, toaster, blender, juicer, mixer, hand blender, ice machine, freezer, dishwasher, BBQ grill, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, waffle maker, meat slicer, cutlery, and spices. The dining table with 8 seats is ideal for family gatherings. This floor also includes a guest toilet.
