The So & Lu Villas Complexis located in Sutivan – a small and quiet settlement on the island of Brac. Brac is one of the most beautiful Croatian islands. The So & Lu Villas Complex is only 100 meters from the beach and sea away.The So & Lu Villas Complex consists of two luxury villas where each villa has a big heated pool and a sundeck equipped with beach chairs. Here you can relax, read a book and enjoy the stillness. The villas also feature barbecues and outdoor dining areas which are ideal for spending time in the summer evenings with your loved ones.Each villa has a modern living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a king-size bed 2x200 cm.The bathrooms are all en-suite and private. Each bathroom has a shower.Brac is well known for its beautiful beaches and one of them is Zlatni Rat (Golden Cape) which has a unique V shape.Rent the So & Lu Villas Complex and have an exquisite vacation on the island of Brac!

Deluxe villas and friendly host

We spent a perfect holiday in these two lovely villas. Everyone from the group said it was great to have privacy but at the same time to be able to enjoy meals and drinks together. Teenagers from the groups instantly occupied the left villa pool and sun deck, so the adults could enjoy peace and drinks on the opposite :) I love the idea behind this villa rental a lot!

Two luxury villa complex for big groups

This complex of two villas was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. 6 bedrooms in total, 2 pools, and 2 fully equipped kitchen ensured a lot of space for everyone. We loved Sutivan village a lot and would come here again!

Perfect for large families

Everything is perfect at the Villa, very nice outside hangout/ eating area connected to the quite big pool so that you don’t have to worry about your kids. We were two families and the place was perfect for us with great facilities and everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms.

Lovely Villa

Fabulous villa, spotlessly clean and lovely decor throughout. Very well equipped with lots of lovely “finishing touches”. Spacious accommodation and outside living area with good sized pool and terrace area. Additional garden space with lovely views.
