「There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. 」

「Uusi hotelli lähellä satamaa vastasi odotuksiin. Hotelli on siisti ja homma toimii moitteetta. Huone oli hyvän kokoinen, todella mukava sänky, iso TV (jossa Chromecast ei tosin toiminut, ei haitannut) ja pieni sohva. Täällä viihtyi lapsen kanssa ja viihtyisi useammankin yön. Aamupala oli hyvä ja tarjolla oli kivoja vaihtoehtoja. Palvelu sujui englanniksi tosi kivasti! Kätevä sijainti sataman lähellä, todella lyhyt matka Vikingin terminaaliin ja Tallinkille hiukan pidempi kävely mutta silti...

「房間安靜、寬敞乾淨舒適、地點近巴士站、早餐美味、性質比高，整體來說非常喜歡。 但需注意，Hotels.com有列出「行李寄存」的服務，但實際上卻沒有這項服務喔！他們連行李房都沒有，如有需要這項服務的需考量一下，畢竟退房後若要再拖著大型行李去城區會超辛苦，因為離城區有一段距離。 行李寄存應該是蠻基本的飯店服務項目，真心希望飯店增加此項服務。然後在增加此項目之前，先於各住房網站拿掉「提供行李寄存」服務，否則當場會有被騙的感覺。 （至於我當天是有遇到非常好心的服務人員，有借我放一下櫃檯後方，使我免於拖行李箱去城區之苦，真的非常感謝。」
