Staff were very polite and pleasant. Hotel lobby smelled bad but our room was even worse. Room was kinda clean but could have been better. Roaches in room. Would have left but we were staying at this hotel with a school group. Hotel needs a upgrade.

The 2 ladies working the front desk were very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was tidy but good do we a good deep clean. Also the metal fixtures (eg hinges, shower rod, etc) need to be replaced due to rust.

Not a mistake we will make twice. The overall stay wasn’t terrible, but it was far from what I expected for the cost. There’s definitely some false advertising. I booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool, it’s the first picture they use to promote the property. We had to cancel our beach trip for my graduation, and I wanted my son to still have something fun to enjoy. When I asked about the pool, the front desk clerk said it wasn’t heated; not a problem, as we’ve stayed in plenty of places with unheated indoor pools. What they should disclose is that the pool is basically not fit to use. They apparently don’t heat the room it’s in, and the water was around 50 degrees. Our son tried anyway, and the owner grabbed a key and immediately came in to the pool room to scold us for using an amenity we paid for, saying the water was too cold and he’d get sick. If guests aren’t allowed to use something, it shouldn’t be advertised or open. The hotel is also under construction, the walls are extremely thin, and the room could have been much cleaner. My son dropped a piece of paper, and when I picked it up, I also picked up a large ball of matted hair. Parking is tight, especially for larger vehicles. Another thing worth noting: the water pressure in the bathroom is unusually high. You must close the toilet lid before flushing. My toddler didn’t know this and flushed, and toilet water sprayed in a three-foot radius, covering us, our bags, the sink, and the clean towels.

I arrived to the location and outside you see it obviously renovating with building material cordoned off in the parking lot. I arrived early and requested early check in and paid a extra$25. But the room was unsanitary and dirty. We used several Lysol wipes on several surfaces, phone, microwave, refrigerator etc ..all were filthy. Spoke to the owner who was rude and did not care to even see our issues. He offered another room worse than ours , so we were forced to leave and purchase another room elsewhere. He could care less about the unsanitary conditions because he had my non refundable deposit. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. I have pictures of the room and wipes if needed.

The check in was good and the girl who checked us in was so nice and friendly. The room was spacious and clean and bed comfortable. The only issue was that the sound proofing is not what it could be because the people in the room next to us could be heard and their television as well. It was annoying to hear it until 2:30 in the morning and the air unit made a loud screeching noise every time it shut off. It sounded like a creeping door being opened. I know these seem like petty issues but while the room was clean and affordable the noise level was, for me, an issue.
