Relatively clean but old. WiFi never worked for me. AC was trying but weak sauce. Breakfast was powdered eggs. Affordable place but don’t expect any luxury.

Staff at both the front desk and the bus captain's desk were outstanding. Breakfast was marvelous. The room was basic and the shower did leak badly.
However, any negative about the room was well made up by the hotel's location in Times Square and Restaurant Row.
I will return.
