Great hotel
Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great too. Sofa bed needs to pay extra RMB 105 if you want to use.

Great service apartment, a bit far from the Metro
Great room with Kitchen. But some crab from the near by traditional market and steamed, that was great. Breakfast was another lovely surprise. The value is rather good and they slightly change the manual everyday.

明明訂的是兩人，含早餐。 用餐時卻被告知只有一人份。 還需要我查訂單，跟櫃台確認才說是兩人。搞錯了！ 感覺不好，不是很專業。 另外要水 提醒了3次，還是沒給。最後到櫃台要水。櫃台就說沒水 只有打掃阿姨有。 這個答覆 給的好像打掃阿姨跟飯店沒有關係。給不了水！

I have spent few weekends in this hotel. It's convenient to visit downtown or lake. 來住好幾次了，幾乎週末都會來住，房間乾淨，服務很好，24小時熱水，早餐好吃，電梯要刷卡 安全性高，房內該有的都有還有餐具廚具，很適合週末跟朋友小聚時的地方 離逛街地方要小打車 不過還算便利，旁邊就有一個小的日韓美食街，幾間居酒屋還開的蠻晚，但是不會嘈雜，窗外就是公園 可以看到金雞湖跟東方之門 鬧中取靜 飯店網路可連臉書跟賴，是蘇州園區很方便休息出差的地方

非常棒，会再次入住的酒店
距离星海广场地铁站仅走路5-7分钟路程，酒店入口处不是很起眼，但安保措施做得很好。房间干净整洁，该有的都有。保洁也做得很到位。早餐是中西式都有，并且每天都有不同的菜品，以性价比来说已经非常棒了。下次还会入住这个酒店！

乾淨, 服務好, 房間大
房間大, 乾淨, 服務員態度不錯! 不過離地鐵站要步行15-20分鐘, 而且附近比較靜, 離鬧區也有點遠, 所以夜歸要小心! 有兩項, 很希望改進的。 1: 玻璃杯子用熱水一沖就爆開了, 幸好沒受傷。如果不能用熱水, 最好就註明一下啦～ 2: 明明房間是2個人住, 但為什麼只提供一份早餐, 好怪啊! 幸好可以把2天都調到同一天吃~ 不過, 下一次再來, 會再考慮入住的, 因為整體也不錯!

員工服務態度和素質都非常好，很少遇到國內有這樣的服務品質的！可惜硬體設備比較差，雖然很新，可是施工品質不細緻，住起來的舒適感會和想像中的有些落差。

Cozy service apartment
Very cozy apartment, but the location is not easy to find. But it's ridiculous that only serving one breakfirst for one room, even I book two bedrooms apartment and can only have two people to eat break first. No mention we don't have too much option for the break first and they ask for RMB50 per person.
