Combining traditional and modern, the villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. The villa's facilities include a swimming pool for relaxation, bicycles for those looking for an active vacation, and a pool table and children's playground for entertainment. Something for everyone!
On the ground floor of the villa you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. In addition to basic kitchen appliances, the kitchen also includes basic spices, a capsule coffee maker and a microwave. Next to the kitchen is a dining table that seats 8 and a high chair for children. Next to the kitchen and dining area there is a living room where you can relax on the pull out sofa and enjoy the TV and fireplace.
Casa Malvasia has 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each bedroom has a large double bed and a wardrobe. The bathrooms have bathtubs, toiletries and hairdryers. The villa also has a washing machine.
The courtyard of the villa is 1000 m² and is a true green oasis. Start your day with a cup of coffee or tea on the covered patio, then take a refreshing dip in the heated pool. After your swim you can enjoy the sun loungers around the pool and spend the whole day doing nothing. But if you are looking for something to do, prepare a meal for your group on the barbecue or have some fun playing pool and table tennis. For additional activities, the villa also has bicycles, volleyball, five-a-side soccer and tennis courts, as well as a children's playground. These facilities are shared with the neighboring villa.
The location of the villa is excellent if you want to spend an active vacation in nature, but also visit Istrian towns and enjoy the beach, whichever suits you better. Near the villa are the towns of Labin and Rabac, an area known for its numerous promenades. Labin is also a great destination for history and art lovers, with numerous art galleries and historic palaces, and in the summer it is the site of jazz and classical music festivals. If you prefer the beach, visit the beaches in Rabac and other smaller towns on the eastern coast of Istria.
