“There were 4 of us that came to the area for a race in Letchworth State Park and wanted to explore the area for the weekend and also, just relax. This was the perfect place to do both. The cabin was cozy, well appointed and so peaceful and quiet. Peg thought of everything and left lots of notes for us to make it very easy to find everything we needed.”

“My wife and I had a amazing time. the property is very beautiful and peaceful, being in the woods with no distractions of cell phones and other people gave us the chance to clear our minds and really relax. Dave and Terry are great hosts. made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the property and our stay. We will be going back again. t least once a year to regenerate our souls. :}”

“Stayed with my daughter and grand daughter . We loved looking out at the waterfall, we saw a bald eagle a number of times, he flew right past the window! Very secluded and relaxing stay.”

“The cabin was great! A little confusion at the outset getting power (we had to turn on main breaker). Nice quiet place to come home to after doing some contractor work in Alfred. The only thing that would make it better is Wifi to be able to get some work done remotely but not a big deal. Hopefully will be able to stay again each year of the work contract.”

“If you're looking for a getaway with Peace and Quiet as the purpose... this is it! Sitting around the fire, making s'mores and roasting marshmallows with no sounds other than the crackle of the fire and the hooting of a grey horned owl...perfect setting! The cabin has everything you need and more! One of the first things I check is the oven... this was cleaner than the one at home!! I came prepared with items I thought I'd need, knives that actually cut, foil, seasonings... everything was……

“This is a beautiful place to bring your family or just get away with your spouse. The cabins were very clean and comfortable. Beds were big enough to sleep 2 adults. Cabin had electricity with was very helpful for charging phones and having light to see at night. Bathrooms are conveniently located right across from all the cabins which was nice. It was so peaceful being right next to the river, the sounds of nature were very relexing. We will definitely be coming back over and over again to this……

“Plumbing was a challenge because couldn’t wash dishes without boiling water and didn’t want to wash ourselves or brush our teeth with the smelly water. Also, the propane only lasted 2 days; was dead on 3rd day (probably because of boiling water). We enjoyed the solitude, even though the road noise is present. All in all it was a pleasant couple days as we lucked out with beautiful weather.”

“This place was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, private, and everything we needed was right there. We did not need to bring anything except, clothes, toiletries, and groceries. They provided linen, towels, and all other supplies. The kitchen is fully stocked, has a wide array of K cups and teas to choose from. The bathroom has TP, tissues, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The place itself is charming, has a front porch with chairs, a big backyard, grill, a small table and chairs……
