“I have no issues with Hotel as it is pleasant and as expected for the price. Spa was not used because there was staf sickness and the spa staff sat in the staff room most of the day... Anyway my review is not about the hotel or spa but is about two staff in particular. Chantelle - upon arriving and checking in I had some questions and not only did she answer them excellently but she also did it in a way that felt personal to me. Like, I mattered. “Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed……

“property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water……
