「This property is a long way from a true Hilton.. The walls are paper thin, you hear every thing and I do mean everything! No microwaves, or coffee pot in the room. The smells from paint to pot are all abound. Lets talk about the dogs, I love animals, but sometimes they need to stay home. They ranged from poodles to labs and yes they barked. I was at this hotel because Expedia goofed and I had to pay the price. It won't happen again. Do better Hilton. I didn't bother with there so called...

「As always, the Lake Lure Inn was a delight. They used to have continental breakfast but weren’t offering during this stay. Always enjoyed the continental breakfast and it added value to the many stays there. We look forward to its return. In its absence we thoroughly enjoyed delicious breakfasts at a fairly new restaurant called The 828.」

「Wi-Fi was difficult to access, Would cut out very often. I would strongly suggest putting no-slip strips on bath floor and/or installing grab bars for elderly patrons' (like myself) safety. Would have liked it if the breakfast opened at 6am instead of seven am.」
