“Lack of communication with the owner . Messaged me a month before saying he had to cancel because of access to the stairs then ten mins later said the booking was ok . The day before I was due to travel I had a message saying the property would not be ready until a day later than I had booked and paid for it ! Although he did say he would give me a day payment back to which I have not yet received ! The day of travel I asked for the PIN number to enter the property and was told I would receive……

“The house was nice. It has decent space for 2 people. The garden is quite private and parking area is very convenient. The kitchen was very very well equipped. i.e. there was a Tefal air fryer, capsule coffee machine, cooking tools, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Everything was brand new and clean in the kitchen. But we couldn't find coffee capsules to use the coffee machine which could have been provided. We used the instant coffee bags instead. There were not any basics of cooking like……
