“I wanted a clean, convenient place for one night that didn't break the bank. This was perfect EXCEPT - I decided also because it had transportation and that was only to the airport - I had to go to the hospital and could not find a taxi etc... to get there. Might be nice to have a backup plan if a traveler is in a hard spot at 0530 AM, no taxi available. Staff did try and help. ”

“I had never stayed in such a unique historical property. The rooms were the largest of any hotel I have had, beds comfortable, clean, staff was friendly, mountains in the back of the property, even the soap smelled wonderful. ”

He explained the hotels amenities thoroughly, and when he finished with that, he made extensive recommendations on visiting Acadia National Park. “This is a gem for the price. We did not plan this stay ahead of time but rather booked the day of arrival based on reviews I read on the web and those reviews were very accurate - This place is an EXCELLENT place to stay and convenient right on Highway 1. The room was so spacious, quiet air conditioner, nice secluded room toward the back of the property, very clean and super comfy bed. If we return to Camden in the future, I would definitely re-book at the Cedar Crest Inn. I highly……

“I was there for only 1 night. Everyone working there was really nice. The room had mix of updates and vintage touches that I really liked. There was a table with 2 chairs for eating or working. The wifi was excellent for a Zoom call that I had in the evening. I appreciated the option of opening a screened window for fresh air. ”

“Very convenient to easily walk around the harbor and town without need for a car. From the front staff to the GM, everyone was very responsive and welcoming. Unfortunately, we didn't have hot enough water and shared this with staff and they said they were taking action to replace the hot water heater. Appreciated them acknowledging the issue vs. being defensive. ”
