「Our travel companion had a medical emergency and I had to cancel. Unfortunately the rate was non refundable. So we didn’t get to stay there. They should implement more flexible rates. 」

「Except for the following: 1. On route, we called the front desk and they could not confirm our booking, we had to send a mail then after a hour they confirmed . In the meantime, my family was panicking driving there for almost 6 hours without confirmation 2. The bathroom light was not working , had to call maintenance 3. The internet was not working then the next day we had poor coverage Other than the above, we have no other concerns」

「This place was perfect! It had an amazing view. Everything I needed for cooking. Patrick and the staff were most helpful, They brought us clean towels, a vase for flowers. A container to take the excess food I cooked. This is unusual where I’m from you get the place but no service. This was a 5 star experience at a great price!」

「Jacqueline was a lovely host, our stay was very nice though at a different property than the one we booked, as the current property was under maintenance. Our host was very accomodating and communicated the changes in advance. 」
