"Front desk attendant was not friendly or welcoming. Handed me an envelope and told me which elevators to use but didn't tell me the room number or even floor. I opened the envelope and asked to confirm the room number since the handwriting was not clear. No mention of check out time either. Not to worry, I checked out earlier than I ever have from a hotel. Major construction outside my window that started at 7am. Not just a little hammering, dozens of dump trucks and large machinery. This should have been disclosed. Room was dated. Bathroom floors did not appear to be mopped (anytime recently) and carpet had lots of dust build up along the baseboards. "

"The listing said there was a breakfast, fridge and microwave. I expected some condition issues based on price, not to be lied to. They didn't even provide coffee - let alone a muffin & fruit! It doesn't matter what I paid -- I should receive the promised goods. I would have even paid slightly more for a place where we didn't have to leave the property for morning essentials. Hotels.com has not returned, nor acknowledged, my request regarding the issue."

"We rented this place because my mom had a tranplant. The first night was ok but from the second night and on it was a nightmare since the people on the second floor were fighting all night long we were able to hear all kind of words and threatenings. On Wednesday a strong and nasty odor started coming in to the house. That was the reason why we felt the need of leaving that place. And got a room at a hotel. I honestly do no recommend this place at all."

"Unfortunately the hot tub was completely nonfunctional which was the reason we picked this location and it remained unusable through our stay. She tried to suggest that the cold weather was causing it (it was 58 degrees when we arrived) which we knew from experience with hot tubs, was not the case. She claimed someone tried to fix it but to no avail. The toilet upstairs was leaking, the shower in the master was lukewarm and the living room was so cold we had to wear our coats. Outlets in the guest bath didn’t work. The windows were very drafty and when it was windy, the upstairs windows rattled all night. She issued a very small refund as an apology but our stay was less than desirable. The kitchen was decent and there were at least extra blankets, which we needed. Won’t be staying here again sadly. "

"Monte was so kind and welcoming! He had great insight and recommendations on what there was to do. The house was so cute and perfect for our trip! Quiet neighborhood and close to so many things! The house had everything we needed to enjoy our trip! "
