「One of the front desk people were nice and helpful. The other one looked like she hated her job. When asking for a cloth to wipe a dirty table so we could eat our breakfast, the staff member was rude and unhelpful. Hot Breakfast wasn't hot, but cold. But the rate was nice.」

「Looking at booking the reservation thru Expedia - it was expressed there were only three rooms left. The reality was only two rooms were booked. All the rest were not. I’m not sure if the property owner or Expedia is responsible for being dishonest. I have to think more deeply when I book thru Expedia - unless I can get a better answer. The property and room were clean and well maintained.」

「Staff was very good and we were given clear instructions on where to get the key because we were arriving about 9pm. The room seemed very clean except there were some very large stains on the carpet near the front door, other than this the room appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.」

「What a great place to stay. Initially we had planned on staying at the resort, but took a chance and stayed here instead. What a blessing it turned out to be. This is a mixed use property that combines several floors condos that are managed as a hotel in combination with traditional condos. It was extremely quiet, clean, and the location was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My kids specifically asked to stay here next trip to CDA.」

「I will say the Hotel was good except for the pool and the Hot tub. I did not feel safe with my kids swimming in there, it had a lot of chlorine. You couldn’t breathe inside that room, We had a terrible headache after being in there for 10 minutes, my kids were coughing so I had to get them out. When I told the front desk person he didn’t seem to care about it.」

「You never saw staffing, no one kept up on cleaning the rooms. The tv and internet were never connected always had problems with it. Also, the location is horrible right off the freeway, it was always very loud.」
