“The home is cute and comfortable and the host is very pleasant and responsive. The area is nice with easy access to everything. My only recommendation would be better blankets for the beds. It was a little chilly Friday night and the was a little small and thin.But that was minor she has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again.”

“My family and I enjoyed our stay. We came down for an event and didn't spend too much time on the property. However, it was clean and nicely furnished. The owner was prompt in responding to questions. Would recommend.”

“Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The parking was very difficult so you may want to consider Uber to get around. My only negative comment would be that the pull out beds/mats are very dirty and need replaced. My daughter decided to sleep on the couch instead”

“The property was nice. It was very roomy and accommodated our 3 adult couples well. It would have been more convenient if there was a half bath on the main floor. Other than that, it suited our needs well, while we visited the historic district which was only a short ride away. ”

“The building is quite old but the interior has been redone so it’s quite a spacious 3 story building that gave our party of 8 plenty of space and privacy. Ample room to gather as well. The kitchen had a nice array of k-cups. The dishwasher turned on but the pods would not dissolve. The neighborhood initially seems a little run down but it was very conveniently located. We met a few of the neighbors and they’re all quite nice and friendly. We ran into some issues but the host is responsive and……

“This is a beautiful big home with a lot of great amenities. Four full bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms is a luxury, especially for the price. We enjoyed the patio and the big dining room table, and the parking pass was a huge bonus. We walked comfortably from the house to the center of town, but it’s a little farther to some of the sights than we expected. However, Uber was easy to use and I would happily stay here again. Gladys was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating.”

“We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10”

“The property was exactly what was listed on the site. The only frustrating thing was parking but that has nothing to do with the property just a Philly issue. Overall the accommodations were excellent.”

“House was very nice. Close to Longwood and busy noisy road. I had trouble getting information because I did not download VRBO APP, also had trouble with door lock, instructions for door lock did not match the lock on the door. Owner was available and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. Nice place”

“We pulled up to the neighborhood in the early evening and oh my it was not a safe place. We stayed the first night with few options to leave so late. The kitchen sink hot water was not hot and the dishes were not clean in the cabinets. We witnessed illicit activity on the street outside. Also there was people screaming and shining lights in windows all night. We obviously did not feel safe to stay and left terrified in the morning. Not a place to stay with children or if you value your vehicle……

“This place was exactly what we needed! Perfect size, accommodations were great, the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Could have been a little more squeaky clean for me, but you cannot beat the price.”
