Bayside A - Apartments is a modern building block offering self-catering accommodation/units for a flexible and independent stay. Airport to the property is approximately 10 km (16 minutes by car) and offers an ideal base for exploring Malta!
This Studio Apartment accommodates a standard of 4 up to 5 people (3 single beds and 1 bunk bed) and includes a TV, a desk, and a bathroom and comes with a balcony (inland/no view). No kitchenette.
Additional information:
1. There is a government city tax charge to be paid upon arrival of €0.50 per person, per night.
2. Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only and adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).
3. The building has a lift.
4. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and not applicable for a 28 nights stay and above.
5. Parking is available on the street.
6. Paid washing machine is available on the lower ground floor.
7. Gym is open in the building and open from May to September.
8. No daily cleaning for the unit or changings of linens.
9. Monthly rates from 28 nights and above between January and December are excluding utility bills, wifi connection and after check our cleaning fees (applies for deep cleaning, repainting works and lines laundry) are paid monthly in advance.

(b) 1-Bedroom, Studio, and Penthouse with Jacuzzi Units: €140 (2 people), €160 (3 people) adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.
(c) €50 wifi/tv connection monthly
(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent to the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival, will not be refunded.
(e) After check out cleaning fees for a 28 nights or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
