"Pluses: Timely communications & new apt (2020). Negatives: Renters are cheap - e.g. (1) only roll of tp (we rented for 4 nights), only 1 pod for dishwasher, no laundry soap, no dish cloths - told us to use the small roll of paper towels, no toaster, no spices or condiments, minimal pots & pans (2) it is not a pull out couch, just a wide couch (3) worst part was a plugged shower drain so the water accumulates meaning you're standing in someone else's dirt. Renters were quick to fix it."
